Greg Kurstin is an American record producer, songwriter, and musician born Gregory Allen Kurstin on May 14, 1969, in Los Angeles, California. He is one half of the duo The Bird and the Bee and gained wide recognition producing Adele's 2015 single 'Hello.'

He has produced for Foo Fighters, Sia, Beck, and Paul McCartney, among many others, and has won multiple Grammy Awards, including Producer of the Year, Non-Classical.

His production spans pop and rock, known for rich harmonic arrangements, live instrumentation, and clean studio craft.
