Kenny Beats is the production alias of Kenneth Charles Blume III, born March 13, 1991, in Fairfield, Connecticut. He studied at Berklee College of Music and initially produced EDM as LOUDPVCK before transitioning to hip-hop. His YouTube series 'The Cave' became one of the most popular beat-making shows online, featuring guest artists freestyling over beats he makes in 10 minutes.

Kenny Beats' credits include Vince Staples (self-titled album, 2021), Rico Nasty (Anger Management), Denzel Curry, Freddie Gibbs, JPEGMAFIA, Idles, Key Glock, and Dominic Fike. He produced Louie, the 2022 album by Kenny Beats featuring collaborations with multiple artists. He is known for versatile, genre-fluid production that adapts to each artist's style.

He works in Ableton Live and is recognized for clean, punchy drum programming, creative sample manipulation, and an ability to shift between styles. He co-hosts the podcast 'Louie' and has become one of the most visible producers in hip-hop through his social media and YouTube presence.
